Booking Fee

When booking an appointment, please note that a-refundable booking fee is required to secure your reservation. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Payments

"We offer various payment options for your convenience. You can pay by cash, card, tap payments, or Zelle. Please note that if you choose to pay by cash, we may not always have change on hand."

Children + Teens

When visiting our facility, please be advised that we have a strict policy regarding unaccompanied minors.

For the safety of all parties involved, children and teenagers must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Additionally, we do not allow dropping off of clients who do not drive. Thank you for your understanding!

Runnning Late

"There's a 10-minute grace period from the start of appointment time.

If you running behind, please contact me via phone (call or text)

If we are able to service you, $15 late fee will be added to balance.

If you running behind and do not communicate with us, your appointment is subject to cancellation

Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable."

Rescheduling

"Need to reschedule your appointment? No problem! Simply follow the instructions in our email confirmation to change the date and time.

Your booking fee is transferable.

You can reschedule within the current month.

Need to Cancel & No Shows

I understand things happen

• You are able to cancel through your confirmation email up 

• Booking fee is forfeited

• Cancellation made 24hrs or less before appointment start time will still be responsible for the balance 

• Once the 10 minute grace period expires from start of appointment time and no communication has been made, the appointment is considered a No Show.

• In the event of a no show, the card will be charged for balance of service

• Booking fee is forfeited and no future appointments can be booked until the balance is taken care of
